Grivy is looking for an experienced and independent Inbound and Outbound Call Center Executive. S/he will be comfortable in handling phone calls from B2C website users and B2B customers (inbound) as well as making phone calls to prospective and current customers (outbound).

The Inbound and Outbound Call Center Executive will be responsible for managing the company's ticketing system, as well as some admin functions in the company's core CMS system. Part of this position’s responsibilities may include visiting customers onsite to give basic system training. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing the following duties and responsibilities.


The responsibilities:


Takes incoming telephone calls from customers and/or delivers scripted or non-scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours
Makes outgoing telephone calls to prospects to schedule appointments for our sales / account managers
Responds appropriately to customer objections and questions
Delivers accurate description of product and/or service to customers
Provides accurate information and instruction to customers in accordance with campaign guidelines
Navigates computer systems to properly conduct the objective of the campaign and locate customer data
Records each call by accurately documenting status and comments in the appropriate platform
Routes callers to appropriate department when required
Resolves problems within bounds of authority or requests assistance from other team members
Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members
Promotes and maintains a positive, professional image of the Grivy support centre

The requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor any field.
Required skill(s): call center operations, sales support, support desk, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Staff specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent

Grivy is looking for an inspiring Head of Sales to build, manage and motivate a diverse team of sales and telemarketing executives. S/he will be comfortable leading by example and achieving challenging goals with that team.

This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, target-driven candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment and who is capable of bringing the Team along.

The Head of Sales will combine excellent sales and communications skills with good relationship building skills. S/he will have a strong background in sales, business development and customer service with a proven track record of hitting goals.

The role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for helping the Team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.


Responsibilities


Manage and drive sales team to build a comprehensive pipeline of sales
Is able to originate business with hotels, spa’s, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes, bars in Jakarta and has existing relationships with key decision makers
Defines and develops sales team’s KPIs
Liaise with Marketing and IT teams to drive joint projects and share best practice

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Extensive experience (5-10 years) executing aggressive sales campaigns
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful sales and relationship management
Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential
A track record of proven success in past positions (setting up & managing sales teams etc)
Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns for the rapidly expanding auction deal business in Indonesia. The position will carry out the day-to-day management of the SEM account; launching, monitoring and maintaining campaigns, undertaking keyword research and A/B testing, allotting budgets and bids, writing ad copy and making recommendations on landing pages and conversions.

This position will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting to key stakeholders on all SEM accounts each month. You’ll also research, develop and coordinate business relationships that drive targeted, quality, converting traffic to our website as well as developing affiliate programs to increase revenues.

Responsibilities:
SEM:

Ongoing management of PPC accounts in Google Adwords, optimizing return on investment while monitoring spend, identifying opportunities for keyword expansion, and constantly testing new approaches.
Optimize display based advertising through the Google Display Network, including re-marketing and audience segmentation.
Contribute to the creation of effective landing pages for all SEM campaigns and related site pages.
Work with product and sales teams to determine new campaign opportunities and to maximize ROI on existing campaigns.
Identify and share new trends, insights and best practices with local marketing team.

SEO:

Monitor Grivy SEO standing against identified target keywords using available reports and individual research.
Contribute to the optimization of Grivy websites for SEO.
Utilize link building strategies in conjunction with third party providers, in-page optimization and other effective SEO techniques.
Identify gaps in current site structure and work towards rectifying opportunities and ensuring proper SEO site design.


Partner & Affiliate campaigns:

Oversee performance and contribute to the growth of listings-based PPC campaigns.
Identify possible partnership opportunities.
Monitor online environment for competitive data relating to existing partnerships amongst competitors and PPC providers.
Contribute to the growth and mutual success of trade partner PPC campaigns through sharing of best practices.
Develop and manage affiliate program to increase online reach and revenue.

Reporting:

Issue weekly and monthly reports pertaining to all online channels, outlining performance, revenue, traffic sources and applicable relevant metrics
Produce ad-hoc reporting from the analytics package for deep-dive queries and hypothesis creation
Analyze and identify opportunities for improvements to existing reporting systems and processes
Work with global CRM team to integrate online data into a robust consumer-focused data system

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years SEM, SEO, PPC campaign and budget management experience.
Strong analytics skills, ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Similarweb,Moz, Ahrefs.
Proven ability to work independently and interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in both B:B and B:C online marketing preferred.
